Conference Registration Payment Methods
In addition to the registration amount, 4.4%+US$0.30 will be added as Transaction fee.
You will be redirected to Paypal website in order to complete the payment. Once the payment is succeeded, you will be redirected to our website to confirm your registration. Hence do not close or refresh in between the transaction flow.
In addition to the registration amount, 6% of Transaction fee should be added while you make the payment through Wire Transfer. Complete the wire transfer to the following bank account before submitting the Registration.
Note down the Transaction reference number during the registration and submit.
The organizing team will cross verify the payment using the UTR number & amount and confirm your registration.
Always keep a copy of your Wire Transfer with Transfer reference number for any future reference & communications.

You will be redirected to SBI collect website from the Conference Registration page in order to make your online payment in a new window. Once you complete the payment, you have to access Registration tab/window again to update the Transaction reference number and submit.
The organizing team will cross verify the UTR number & amount and confirm your registration.
Cancellations, Refunds, & Transfers
There will be no penalty for registration cancellations received on or before 31 October 2016.
A cancellation fee of 25% of registration costs will be applied for cancellations received between 1 November 2016 and 15 December 2016.
A cancellation fee of 50% of registration costs will be applied for cancellations received between 16 December 2016 and 15 January 2017.
No refund will be issued for cancellations received after 15 January 2017.
All cancellations must be sent in writing via fax or e-mail to the IULTCS Secretariat.
If you are unable to attend for any reason, you can transfer your registration to another person without penalty. Simply fax or e-mail a copy of your confirmation letter with a cover letter stating your request along with a completed registration form from the person replacing you to IULTCS Secretariat.
